Customers of Warehouse
Service, Inc. may elect to view images (tiff or jpeg files) of the bills
of lading incurred for stored freight. |

| Step 1: If you do not have a Company Name, Username and Passcode, contact warehouse service at 1-800-WSI-4YOU | ||
| Step 2: Go to http://www.warehouseservice.com | ||
| Step 3: Click on the customers only link | ||
| Step 4: Select either the secured (SSL / HTTPS) or unsecured (HTTP) version of the system [check with WSI regarding charges] | ||
| Step 5: Enter your company name EXACTLY as it appears on yourWSIBOL INFO SHEET [no spaces, capitals or punctuation in the company name] | ||
| Step 6: Enter your username and passcode EXACTLY as it appears on your WSIBOL INFO SHEET [usernames are all lowercase and passcodes are upper and lower case alphanumeric] | ||
| Step 7: You should now be in you directory showing both activity reports and bills of lading. TXT files are activity reports and TIFF or JPG files are images of bills of lading. The filenames represent the date that the reports or bills of lading were generated. | ||
| Step 8: Any files you would like to save, simply click on the link, or right click (windows) option click (mac) and save target, file or image to disk. | ||
